Almond Biscuits

Cooking Ingredients

1 Butter 150 grams 

2 Castor sugar 150 grams 

3 Egg yolk 1 piece 

4 Almond essence 2.5 ml 

5 Almonds 150 grams chopped 

6 Flour 175 grams

Cooking Instructions:

1 Beat the butter and sugar well in a bowl until it becomes fluffy. 

2 Then add the egg yolk, flour and chopped almonds, mix and knead. 

3 Now roll this dough into a twelve inch long roll and let it cool. Put it in the fridge for half an hour. 

4. Then make its base and bake it for twenty minutes at sixty degrees Celsius.
