Ingredients
- Meat 1 kg
- Rice (wash and soak for 20 minutes) 1 kg
- yogurt 1 cup
- Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
- Cashew paste 3 tablespoons
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- Saffron 1 pinch (soak in a little warm milk)
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 cup
Cooking Instruction:
- Heat oil in a pot and add the meat and fry it.
- Add curd paste and ginger garlic paste and fry it.
- Add 2 cups of water and cover it on medium heat.
- In a separate pot, add salt and water and boil the rice. If so, strain it.
- When the meat is cooked, add rice.
- Sprinkle the milk mixed with saffron on the rice and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Take it out in a serving dish and serve hot with raita.
