Arabic Beef Rice

Ingredients

  •  Meat 1 kg 
  •  Rice (wash and soak for 20 minutes) 1 kg 
  •  yogurt 1 cup 
  •  Cumin powder 1 tablespoon 
  •  Cashew paste 3 tablespoons 
  •  Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 
  •  Saffron 1 pinch (soak in a little warm milk) 
  •  Salt to taste 
  •  Oil 1 cup

Cooking Instruction:

  1.  Heat oil in a pot and add the meat and fry it. 
  2.  Add curd paste and ginger garlic paste and fry it. 
  3.  Add 2 cups of water and cover it on medium heat. 
  4.  In a separate pot, add salt and water and boil the rice. If so, strain it. 
  5.  When the meat is cooked, add rice. 
  6.  Sprinkle the milk mixed with saffron on the rice and cook for 10-15 minutes. 
  7.  Take it out in a serving dish and serve hot with raita.
