Arabic Thigh Roast

 Ingredients

  • Thigh 1.5 kg 
  • Garlic ginger paste 2 teaspoons 
  • Red chili powder 1 tablespoon 
  • Curd 1 cup 
  • Nutmeg jawtri powder 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Papaya paste 3 tablespoons 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon 
  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon 
  • Crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon 
  • Oil 1/2 cup 
  • Lemons for serving

Cooking Instructions: 

  1. Apply the cut to the thigh well 
  2. Then collect all the spices in a bowl and mix well 
  3. Apply all the spices on the thigh and leave it for 6-7 hours 
  4. Now heat oil in a large pot and place the thigh in it 
  5. Cover and cook on medium heat. 
  6. After a while, flip the thigh and cook. 
  7. When the thigh is cooked and the oil separates, remove the thigh in a dish and serve with lemon 'salad' and bread.
