Arabic Kofta

Ingredients

  •  Rice 1 kg 
  • Oil 250 gram
  • Salt as per taste 
  • Hot spices as required 
  • Onions 4 pieces 
  • Minced meat 1 kg 
  • Eggs 2 to 3 pieces 
  • Garlic (paste) 1 tablespoon 
  • Green chillies as required 
  • Cumin 1 teaspoon 
  • Yogurt 250 gram
  • Ginger (paste) One Tablespoon
  • Cardamom Four to Five Pieces 
  • Red Chillies as required

Cooking Instructions: 

  1.  Mix all the spices and eggs in the mince, make small koftas and fry them in ghee. 
  2.  After that, for the rice, fry one onion separately in ghee and when the onion turns almond-colored, add ground hot spices and Mix the koftas well 
  3.  Add a little water and fry them well 
  4.  Later add the fried koftas and when the hot spices and koftas are fried well, add one liter of water 
  5.  When the water starts boiling, add the rice 
  6.  When it is cooked, take it off and put it on the tail.
