Chicken Mushroom Steak With White Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast 2 cloves 
2 garlic paste 1 teaspoon 
3 salt to taste 
4 worcester sauce 2 tablespoons 
5 mustard paste 1 teaspoon 
6 black pepper (chopped) 1 teaspoon 
7 vinegar 1 tablespoon 
8 oil as desired

Ingredients for the white sauce: 

1 Mushrooms 1/2 cup 
2 Milk 1 cup 
3 Water 1 cup
 4 Flour 1 tablespoon 
5 Salt to taste 
6 White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon 
7 Butter 1 tablespoon 
8 Cream 1/2 cup 
9 Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1/2 cup

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a bowl, add garlic paste, salt, worcester sauce, mustard paste, chopped black pepper and vinegar, mix well, add the meat and marinate for 1 hour by applying the spices completely. 
2. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan or grill pan. Add and heat and fry the meat on kitchen paper. 
3 Put butter and flour in a saucepan and fry on low heat. 
4 When the flour is fried, add mushrooms, salt, white chili powder, milk and water and mix. 
5 Sauce If it thickens, add the cream and cheese and mix and cook for 1 minute. 
6 Add the fried chicken to the steak sauce and cook for another 30 seconds on a low heat, remove to a dish and start with the fried vegetables.
