Perry Chicken Shashlik

Ingredients

1 Chicken breast half a kilo 
2 Perry sauce two to three tablespoons 
3 Salt to taste 
4 Ginger garlic crushed one tablespoon 
5 Onions one piece 
6 Red, Zardavar green onions chopped one bowl 
7 Broccoli one small flower 
8 Black pepper ground one teaspoon 
9 Vinegar one tablespoon spoon 
10 soy sauce two tablespoons 
11 cornflour two tablespoons 
12 cooking oil as required

Cooking Instruction:

1. Take the chicken breast with six square pieces of herbs and put it in a bowl and marinate it by adding salt, ginger, garlic, black pepper
2. pepper sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and two tablespoons of cooking oil. 
3. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Put it in the same bowl. 
4. After fifteen to twenty minutes, put the chicken and vegetables on small skewers. 
5. Put two tablespoons of cooking oil in a non-stick pan and fry these skewers.
6. When it is fried on one side, flip it to the other side. Fry and keep adding the marination (the prepared spices) in it at intervals.
7. Remove from the pan when completely golden.
