Cooking Ingredients

1 cup of semolina 
2 cup of powdered sugar 
3 half teaspoon of saffron 
4 eggs four to five 
5 almonds and pistachios one cup 
6 small cardamom two to three cups 
7 nutmeg crushed pinch 
8 poppy seeds two tablespoons 
9 milk two tablespoons 
10 cooking oil two cups

Cooking Instructions:

1 Place the sugar and cooking oil in a deep bowl and beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
2 Sift the semolina, wash and dry the poppy seeds well.
3 Coat the almonds and pistachios in a thick coat, grind nutmeg and saffron and mix it in hot milk. 
4 Beat the eggs lightly with the help of a batter and add ground cardamom to it.
5 Mix the beaten eggs in the sugar and cooking oil mixture and add a little semolina and almond pistachios to it.
6 Finally add nutmeg and saffron mixed milk and mix it.
7.Pour this mixture into the baking pan like small puris at a small distance.
8 Preheat the oven to 180C for 15 to 20 minutes and, keeping the baking pan in it, sprinkle the poppy seeds and a few almonds on top.
