Cream Pie Cookies

Ingredients:

1. Flour two cups 
2. Salt one pinch 
3. Baking powder one teaspoon 
4. Egg one 
5. Egg yolks two 
6. Sugar six tablespoons 
7. Baking soda three quarters of a teaspoon 
8. Buttermilk three quarters of a cup 
9. Vanilla essence two teaspoons 
10. Butter one cup 
11. Vanilla custard two 
12. Cups chocolate sauce 1 cup 
13. Cooking oil 2 tablespoons

Cooking Instructions:

1. Beat the butter and sugar with the help of an electric beater until it becomes creamy. 
2. Then add the egg, egg yolks and vanilla essence and beat it. 
3. Add baking powder, baking soda and salt to the flour and mix. 
4. Then the flour. Mix in the butter mixture little by little and add the butter milk little by little. 
5. Put the prepared mixture in a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200C with the help of a spoon and put it to bake. 
6. Bake for seven to eight minutes, remove and cool the cookies completely. 
7. To make custard, mix three tablespoons of cornflour, a pinch of salt and six tablespoons of sugar in a pan.
8. Then add a cup of milk and half a cup of fresh cream and mix it well. 
9. Keep it on medium heat and cook until thickened while stirring with a spoon. 
10. Put it in a custard pan and let it boil on a low flame. 
11. Remove from the stove and add a teaspoon of vanilla essence to it. 
12. Cover and put it in the fridge to cool. 
13. Spread the custard on one cookie and put another cookie on it. 
14. Prepare all the cookies in the same way and pour the chocolate sauce on top and put it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge when it cools down.
